Refund Policy — The Basics

CREATIVE PROJECTS

HeyElioG Visuals projects involve preparation and reserved production time. Your proposal and agreement explain the booking payment, payment schedule, included work and what happens if plans change.

Genuine emergencies and extraordinary circumstances receive fair consideration under your agreement. If a serious issue affects your project, get in touch as soon as reasonably possible so we can discuss the options. Any rescheduling, credit or refund arrangement should be confirmed in writing.

COACHING

NutriTrain coaching arrangements may include appointments, a program period or other defined support. Your selected service agreement explains appointment changes, cancellation and refund conditions. Creative-project booking rules do not automatically apply to coaching.

DIGITAL OFFERS

Before purchasing a course or workshop, review its description, access period, included support and cancellation or refund terms. Different offers may have different arrangements. Leaving a newsletter or community is separate from requesting a change to a paid purchase.

Requesting Help

Email info@heyeliog.com with your name, the service or course, a booking or order reference if available, and what you would like resolved. Please keep private medical documents and payment-card details out of an initial message.

If we cannot provide something you have purchased, contact us so the unprovided work, payment and appropriate resolution can be addressed under your agreement and applicable rights. This summary does not remove rights provided by law or replace terms you have already accepted. Ask us to clarify any inconsistency before booking or buying.
